The owner feedback also describes it as reliable and a good value choice, with language that points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience. Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Toyota Camry?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you should shop carefully and compare listings before moving quickly.

• Deal availability: 28.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 150 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.74% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $28,085 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $28,669 CAD sits slightly below last year's $30,416 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can make the car easier to buy now but may also limit upside for a future seller. If you purchase near the current average, your resale position will depend heavily on how well the market holds up from here. Strong demand for efficient, well-liked sedans can help support values, but the recent softening means you should not expect rapid appreciation.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 28.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.74% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $26,517 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $28,669 CAD average.
• It appeals to buyers who want a roomy, reliable, efficient, safe, and affordable car.

The bottom line: Choose the 2023 if you want the newer hybrid-only design, stronger equipment, and a broad mix of listings to compare. If your priority is saving money, the 2022 is the better value path, especially if you find one with the features you want at a lower price.
