Is the 2022 Toyota C-HR reliable?

For used buyers, that kind of owner feedback can reduce some of the uncertainty around long-term ownership risk, especially if the vehicle has been maintained well and checked carefully before purchase.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Toyota C-HR?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be patient without expecting every listing to be a standout deal.

• Deal availability: 16.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 78 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.44% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $24,496 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Toyota C-HR's resale value?

The current average of $25,026 CAD sits slightly below last year's $26,748 CAD.

That softer pricing can be helpful if you're buying now, but it also means a future seller may need to price carefully to stay competitive. If the market continues to favour shoppers, resale values may remain under some pressure in the near term. Even so, a vehicle that already has strong owner satisfaction can still attract steady interest when it comes time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Toyota C-HR or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 16.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.44% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current pricing, owner satisfaction, and available inventory, the 2022 is the primary year to focus on. If you're especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby model years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the benefits of shopping this one.
