Is the 2022 Mitsubishi RVR a good car?

With no expert test-drive score provided for this model year, the best read comes from the market itself: the 2022 Mitsubishi RVR is priced at $20,304 CAD on average, and 29.3% of listings are marked as good or great deals. That combination points to a market where you can still find value if you shop carefully.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Mitsubishi RVR?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can be choosy without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 222 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.70% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $20,304 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Mitsubishi RVR's resale value?

The current average of $20,304 CAD sits slightly below last year's $23,527 CAD.

For a future seller, that means the market has moved down enough that today's purchase price matters. If you buy near the lower end of the range, you give yourself a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure later. If you pay closer to the top of the range, resale value may be harder to protect unless the vehicle is especially well equipped or in exceptional condition.

Should I buy a 2022 Mitsubishi RVR or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.70% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the better primary target if you want the current market advantage and a decent pool of listings to compare. If you're especially price-sensitive, it can still be worth checking nearby model years for a lower entry point, but the 2022 already gives you a useful mix of availability and softer pricing.
