Used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid for Sale nearMontreal, QC

How much does the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid cost?

Prices have softened 18.04% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 51 listings available, which suggests you have some room to compare options.

Is the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.5/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Form and function at 9/10.

It stands out as a practical answer for families who want three-row space without the fuel bills that often come with it. You get a seven-passenger plug-in hybrid with 51 kilometres of electric range and 8.0 litres per 100 kilometres in combined driving, which makes it especially appealing if you prioritise everyday usefulness over flash.

The trade-offs are clear: the styling is uninspired, it is boring to drive, and the adaptive cruise control is unrefined. It also does not offer all-wheel drive, which may matter if you want extra capability.

31.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent spread of value-oriented choices.

Is the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Pacifica Hybrid is presented as a well-equipped, technologically advanced family vehicle with a proven plug-in hybrid setup. Its powertrain is described as tried-and-true, and it can run efficiently on electricity for daily errands while the gasoline engine takes over when needed.

You also benefit from the ability to recharge overnight from a standard household outlet, which makes ownership simpler if you can plug in regularly. If you keep it charged, the long-term ownership risk is mainly about whether you’ll actually use the hybrid system often enough to capture its efficiency advantage.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Touring L starts the range, while Limited adds more equipment and Pinnacle sits at the top with the most standard features. The base trim is the one most likely to leave you wanting more if you care about premium convenience and parking aids.
• Powertrain: You’re looking at a plug-in hybrid system built around a 3.6-litre V6 and dual electric motors, with 260 horsepower and a 16-kWh battery pack. It can travel up to 51 kilometres on electric power, and it does not have all-wheel drive.
• Safety package: Every 2022 Pacifica has a complete package of standard driver-assist and collision-avoidance features. Adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability and lane-keeping assist are standard on Pinnacle in Canada, but you cannot get adaptive cruise control paired with lane-centring assist.
• Infotainment: You get a 10.1-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 5, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the ability to set up five user profiles. FamCam is available, and navigation is also available.
• Fuel efficiency: The Pacifica Hybrid is rated at 8.0 litres per 100 kilometres in combined driving, and a test loop returned 6.3 litres per 100 kilometres.

Which 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid trim should I buy?

The 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid is offered in 3 trim levels: Touring L, Limited, Pinnacle.

Here's the short version:

• Touring L: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core plug-in hybrid package at the lowest price. It makes sense if you want the Pacifica Hybrid’s efficiency and space without paying for extras you may not need.
• Limited: This is the best-value choice for most shoppers because it adds more comfort and convenience while staying below the top trim’s price. It suits you if you want a more upscale family hauler without stretching to the most expensive version.
• Pinnacle: This is the most fully equipped version, with the richest feature set and the most standard safety and convenience content. Choose it if you want the most premium Pacifica Hybrid experience and are willing to pay for it.

The Pinnacle trim is the one with the most complete safety-package content in Canada, including adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability and lane-keeping assist.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory to compare listings and enough price softness to reward patience.

• Deal availability: 31.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 51 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.04% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $33,798 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $33,867 CAD sits slightly below last year's $41,320 CAD.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help future buyers but may pressure current owners who are planning to sell. If you buy now, you’re entering at a lower price point than last year’s average, which can soften depreciation risk from here. For a future seller, the key question is whether the model’s efficiency and family-friendly packaging keep demand steady enough to support values.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid safe?

The 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid earns a Top Safety Pick+ safety rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and a five-star overall safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. In the NHTSA crash tests, frontal-impact protection rates four stars, which is the only concern across all of the Pacifica’s individual scores from both organizations.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Chrysler says the Pacifica includes more standard safety and security features than any other vehicle in the industry, and this year it adds a rear-seat reminder system. Every 2022 Pacifica has a complete package of standard driver-assist and collision-avoidance features, but you cannot get adaptive cruise control paired with lane-centring assist. On Pinnacle in Canada, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability and lane-keeping assist are standard.

The main caveat is that the adaptive cruise control is unrefined, especially in traffic where vehicles cut in or leave the lane ahead of you.

Should I buy a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 31.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.04% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It combines 51 kilometres of electric range with three-row practicality and strong safety ratings.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $37,920 CAD, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $33,867 CAD average.
• It is a particularly efficient plug-in hybrid with plenty of tech and comforts.

The bottom line: If you want the better value today, the 2022 is the smarter path because prices are softer and the market offers enough inventory to shop carefully. If you’re willing to pay more for a newer model year, the 2023 is the secondary path for buyers who want the updated package and can absorb the higher asking price.
