What is the 2021 INFINITI QX50's resale value?

The current average of $22,770 CAD sits slightly below last year's $28,206 CAD.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favourable entry point today. For a future seller, that also means resale expectations should be set with the current softer pricing environment in mind. If demand stays steady, a well-kept example should still hold appeal better than a neglected one.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 INFINITI QX50 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.27% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2021 is the better pick if you want a model year with strong owner approval and a softer price environment. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2021 stands out as the more compelling choice when you want a balance of value and confidence.
