How much does the 2020 Chevrolet Camaro cost?

Prices have softened 17.58% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 39 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Camaro a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Chevrolet Camaro earns a 4.6/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its thrilling performance, powerful engine, and fun driving experience. Some also note cramped rear seating and missing safety features, so it suits you best if driving enjoyment matters more than back-seat practicality. With 38.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding value.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Camaro reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a car that many drivers feel confident living with over time, especially when it comes to performance and overall enjoyment. That said, used-car reliability also depends on how well the specific vehicle has been maintained, so you should still check service records carefully before buying. For long-term ownership, the main risk is less about the model’s appeal and more about finding one that has been properly cared for.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chevrolet Camaro?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right car.

• Deal availability: 38.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 39 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.58% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $42,090 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Chevrolet Camaro's resale value?

The current average of $55,702 CAD sits slightly below last year's $67,581 CAD.

That softer pricing can be helpful if you are buying now, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays under pressure. If you plan to sell later, the Camaro’s value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how desirable the specific trim is when you list it. Strong owner satisfaction can help support demand, but you should still expect resale to track broader market movement.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Camaro or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 38.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.58% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $48,665 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $55,702 CAD average.
• It carries forward the Camaro formula with few changes.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2020 if you want the stronger current owner-satisfaction signal and are shopping the broader used market for value. If your priority is a lower asking price, the 2021 is the better price-sensitive path.
