Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Audi A4?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy if you’re patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 21.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 70 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.03% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $23,995 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Audi A4's resale value?

The current average of $24,637 CAD sits slightly below last year's $28,007 CAD.

That softer pricing can work in your favour if you buy now, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited unless the market tightens. If you plan to sell later, buying at the lower end of the range gives you a better chance of protecting your equity. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Audi A4 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 21.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.03% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2020 is a sensible pick if you want a used A4 with solid owner feedback and a market that has eased from last year. If you’re more price-sensitive, keep watching listings for a deal near the lower end of the range before you move.
