The user feedback repeatedly highlights reliability, and drivers also describe it as dependable and trouble-free in everyday use. This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 23.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 130 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.52% compared with last year.

What is the 2019 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $21,789 CAD sits slightly below last year's $23,309 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy more confidently now, but it also means future sellers may face a more competitive market if prices continue to ease. If you own one, the current trend suggests resale value is being supported more by demand than by rising prices. Strong equipment, comfort, and efficiency should help keep it appealing to used shoppers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 23.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.52% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $23,892 CAD, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $21,789 CAD average.
• It adds all-wheel drive and a sportier TRD option.

The bottom line:
You should start with the 2019 if you want the better value and are comfortable shopping the used market carefully. If you want the newer year’s added traction and sportier appeal, the 2020 is the better secondary path, but it costs more.
