• Inventory: There are 148 listings available.

What is the 2018 Nissan Kicks's resale value?

The current average of $14,212 CAD sits slightly below last year's $16,119 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy now, the lower entry point could help reduce the risk of overpaying relative to recent market conditions. For resale, the model's value-focused reputation should help keep interest steady, especially among shoppers looking for affordable transportation. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.67/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Nissan Kicks or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.84% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a practical, value-focused subcompact SUV and the 2018 fits your budget, it is a sensible primary choice. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby model years to see whether a similar Kicks offers a better listing price or a better deal classification.
