This looks like a moderate market for selective buyers, so it pays to compare listings carefully and move quickly on the best-priced trucks.

• Deal availability: 28.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 73 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.41% compared with last year.

What is the 2017 Nissan Titan's resale value?

The current average of $20,993 CAD sits slightly below last year's $22,921 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Titan has already absorbed some of its near-term depreciation, which can help future sellers if the market stays steady. A softer current price can also make the truck easier to position against newer or better-equipped alternatives when you eventually sell. Because the Titan has a solid owner satisfaction score, it should continue to attract shoppers who value comfort and capability.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Nissan Titan or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 28.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.41% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2017 Titan makes the most sense if you want a well-liked full-size truck with a softer used price and you value comfort, space, and strong owner feedback.
