This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently but still move quickly on the right listing.

What is the 2016 INFINITI QX60's resale value?

The current average of $12,876 CAD sits slightly below last year's $15,305 CAD.

That price movement suggests the model has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future sellers if the market stabilises. If you buy at the right price and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you may have a better chance of limiting further value loss. Demand should also be helped by the fact that shoppers tend to respond well to models with strong owner satisfaction.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 INFINITI QX60 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 21.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.87% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2016 is a sensible choice if you want a used QX60 with proven owner satisfaction and a softer price than a year ago. If your priority is stretching your budget further, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, price, and service history.
