This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value.

What is the 2016 Ford Focus's resale value?

The current average of $8,928 CAD sits slightly below last year's $9,826 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the model has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy at the current average or below, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure later. Strong demand can still support resale, especially when the car has a good reputation with owners.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
