Used 2016 Chevrolet Cruze for Sale nearAbbotsford, BC

How much does the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze cost?

Prices have softened 12.11% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 248 listings available, which gives you a decent amount of choice if you're comparing condition, mileage, and equipment.

Is the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze a good car?

Generally — the 4.1/5 user rating suggests this Cruze lands well with owners. Reviewers most often praise its impressive gas mileage, comfort, and available features, and many also like the Bluetooth system and spacious trunk. That lines up with the 2016 model's appeal as a compact car that feels more substantial while still staying affordable and efficient. With 27.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze reliable?

Owners rate it 4.1/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a car that many people find dependable for everyday use, especially when it comes to efficiency and feature content. At the same time, some reviewers mention vibrations while driving and overheating concerns, so reliability can depend heavily on how well a specific used example has been maintained. For used buyers, that means the long-term ownership risk is manageable, but only if you inspect carefully and prioritise a well-documented car.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Chevrolet Cruze?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can afford to compare a few examples before committing.

• Deal availability: 27.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 248 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.11% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $8,813 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze's resale value?

The current average of $9,036 CAD sits slightly below last year's $10,281 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the car easier to buy now but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the softer pricing means you should expect more competition from similarly priced listings. A clean, well-kept example with the right equipment and service history should still be easier to move than one with visible wear or unresolved issues.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.1/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 27.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.11% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.1/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should focus on the 2016 if you want the redesigned Cruze's better fuel economy, more rear seat room, and modern tech at a lower current price. If you're especially price-sensitive, the softer market makes this year worth a close look, but you should still prioritise condition and maintenance history over the cheapest listing.
