It was a nice small car. Easy to operate. Good size trunk. Not so sure about the leg room in the back seat for guest, but in a pinch, Im sure it would work. Seats let down for more trunk space. Care for it, it will last long.

Great little car. Toyota reliability should go at least to 150,000.

Is the 2015 Toyota Yaris reliable?

For used buyers, that points to lower ownership risk than you might expect from a small, budget-focused car, especially if the specific example has been maintained well.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Toyota Yaris?
This is still a seller’s market, so you should act selectively and be ready to move when a well-priced listing appears.
- Deal availability: 29.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 31 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices are up 2.19% year-over-year.

The current average of $11,936 CAD sits slightly above last year's $11,680 CAD.
That suggests the market has held up reasonably well, which is a positive sign if you plan to sell later. A stable price trend can help support resale value, especially when buyer interest remains steady. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
Should I buy a 2015 Toyota Yaris or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2015 if:
- 29.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Price trend: Prices are up 2.19% year-over-year.
- Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
The bottom line: The 2015 is a sensible choice if you want a used Yaris with proven owner satisfaction and you can find one priced near the lower end of the market. If you're more price-sensitive, it can also make sense to compare nearby years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, price, and listing quality.
