CarGurus Analysis: 2015 Toyota Sienna

Summary
With 57 currently listed for sale and an average price of $18,269 CAD, 29.8% of 2015 Toyota Sienna listings on CarGurus are rated as good or great deals.
Favourably reviewed: Owners rated the 2015 Toyota Sienna 4.78 / 5 stars.
Why it stands out
The 2015 Toyota Sienna stands out as a practical family minivan that puts space, versatility, and everyday usability first. It offers three rows of seating, and when the second and third rows are removed, it opens up a huge cargo area with a low load floor. That flexibility is a major part of its appeal, especially for buyers who need one vehicle to handle passengers, bulky gear, and household hauling.
It is also a comfortable and well-equipped choice for its age. The Sienna’s reputation for reliability is a strong selling point, and owners commonly praise its roomy interior and good power. The available features are broad enough to make it feel modern, with safety equipment, infotainment, and convenience items that support its role as a family vehicle. At the same time, it is not especially exciting to drive or particularly cool, and some owners have noted concerns with the suspension system and lower bumpers. Even so, the 2015 Toyota Sienna remains appealing because it combines proven dependability with the kind of interior flexibility that few vehicles can match.

I just buy it, so far everything good, my only complaint is about that front and back bumper are too low.

This car is the best family car Ive had: 8 passengers capacity, roomy leg space, large cargo area. Its quiet inside and quick to accelerate. It drives very comfortably and safely with eather trim, GPS navigation, Bluetooth, parking censor, and many other good features. I expect it to last for a long time because of the reputation of Toyota and this particular model was praised on Consumer Reports.

| Current Average Price | $18,891 CAD |
| Year-Round Low | $17,373 CAD |
| Year-Round High | $21,566 CAD |
| Average Price a Year Ago | $20,506 CAD |

Prices have softened 7.88% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.
There are 56 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of choice in the used market.
Is the 2015 Toyota Sienna a good car?
Yes — the 4.78/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its reliability, spaciousness, and impressive features, and they also value the roomy interior, good power, and ease of maintenance. That lines up well with the Sienna’s family-focused role, especially if you want a practical minivan with flexible seating and cargo space. With 23.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have some room to shop carefully.
Is the 2015 Toyota Sienna reliable?
Owners rate it 4.78/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.
The owner feedback highlights reliability, and the model’s reputation is reinforced by comments about easy maintenance and dependable day-to-day use. That said, some owners mention concerns with the suspension system and lower bumpers, so you should still inspect wear items closely on any used example. For long-term ownership, the main risk is less about the overall reputation and more about finding a well-maintained vehicle that has avoided costly repair history.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Toyota Sienna?
This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.
- Deal availability: 23.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 56 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 7.88% compared with last year.
If you find a listing below $17,373 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2015 Toyota Sienna's resale value?
The current average of $18,891 CAD sits slightly below last year's $20,506 CAD.
That price movement suggests the market has softened, which can make the Sienna more attractive to buyers now, but it also means future sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy at the right number and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you may be better positioned when it comes time to sell. Demand should remain supported by the model’s practical reputation and broad family appeal.
Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.78/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
Should I buy a 2015 Toyota Sienna or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2015 if:
- 23.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 7.88% compared with last year.
- Owners rate it 4.78/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
The bottom line: The 2015 is a strong choice if you want a well-liked, practical minivan with solid owner satisfaction and a market that currently offers some negotiating room. If you’re more price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby years and focus on the best-maintained example rather than the newest badge.
