Was leaking transmission fluid pretty badly. Truck had no rust and was clean otherwise.

Excellent value, smooth transmission, great power, and the comfort level is phenomenal! Very spacious seating. I traded up from an 03 Tundra Ext-Cab, which is less truck, BUT, its significant for me...because I am a die-hard Totota man!

I'm told the 2012 Sierra 1500 remains one of the best trucks in its category. In terms of capability (like towing), body style and power, the Sierra 1500 is right up there with the competition. The GMC is known for its smooth and quiet ride which makes it a logical choice as a long-distance road-tripper. It is a half-ton full-size pickup that is offered in standard cab, extended cab and crew cab body styles (I have the extended cab). Upgrades like 20" Chrome wheels, Bluetooth, and Climate Control are "must haves" for those that are not only concerned about appearance but enjoy conveniences that the latest technology can provide.

All around great truck. Plenty of power when pulling the full capacity of 9500lbs. Exterior styling is awesome with the chrome wheels and sleek lines. Gas mileage is great compared to the dodge ram 1500 with a hemi I was driving prior.
