Safe, comfortable and luxurious. Average fuel economy even with 3.5l 6-cyl. Sport package and wheels are sharp (20") but take away rom ride comfort. Low sidewalls contribute to harsher ride. Not worth it. Would rather have the ride comfort. Look for one with the lighting package and leather interior. Ventilated seats would be cool too (pun intended). Can't beat MB for quality construction, engineering and MANY safety features. Can't think of a safer SUV for the family. Last year of this body style, but way more reliable than the new style introduced in 2012.

Love driving this car! Sporty and safe for my family. The 4matic makes living in Minnesota a breeze! Heated seats are a must have for our never ending winters. Love the power this vehicle has, while still providing good gas mileage.

The style of this SUV is excellent and even though its a few years old now I still get compliments all the time about its looks. Of course it helps to always keep her clean and shiny. Fit and finish is typical for Mercedes and is above par. Quality of construction and materials is evident in the vehicle. And performance is very good for the 3.5L V6. The all wheel drive 4Matic is very sturdy and planted on the road. I have just completed the 60k service and received a clean bill of health for my ML350 4Matic. The service included the usual C service at this point in time and the addition of two fluid changes... brakes and power steering. I did actually have the first problem with the vehicle... again very minor. The switch for the sunroof would hang up in the pulled position but could easily be pushed back in. Mercedes found this to be covered under my extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the vehicle... so no charge! I love when that happens! Again, I could not be happier with this vehicle. I'm a car guy and I like a lot of the cars I have owned but this car I love!

Likes: the quality feel of ride and handling. Feels like your in a luxury, mid sized tank. Very safe family transportation. Quality materials used throughout interior. Attention to detail inside and out. Amazing safety features. Dislikes: Limited cargo space for long trips and full compliment of luggage. 20" wheels and low profile tires don't provide the most cushioned ride, and softer rubber compound doesn't provide high mileage before needing replacement. Dated telematics and infotainment.
