I purchased a Mercury GM in 1996 and drove it for 234,000 miles without a major problem. Hope to do the same with the new 2010 I purchased.

The car itself is roomy and easy to maintain and built like a rock. I have owned several through the years from a 1976 to now 2010. They are especially good for long road trips and get decent gas mileage. If you dont abuse them or they havent been abused by a previous owner they are good solid cars. I have never been disappointed with any if I have bought.
