(4 reviews)Beautiful vehicle I have no gripes about. Absolutely love it and never get bored of driving it. Very convenient to have Comfort, Sport, and Manual modes to alter my driving style. Comfort mode is helpful for long trips or daily commutes but whenever you have a need for speed, just put it in sport mode and this vehicle turns into a race car. Love the duality!
I love this car - I don't have a single complaint about it -- it fits every need including weekend getaways and grocery shopping. If you have kids, this car is not for you as it has small seats so there is no room for the kids to sit. The convertible hard top is amazing --- you click one button .. and voila, within a few seconds (I have opened/closed the convertible top while waiting for a red light to turn green) it opens!! This is the sexiest car around. I get compliments on it every time I drive it out of the garage. It does not get better than this!! Best car I have owned to date, hands down.
If you want a fun and spirited car to drive around town - or on the highway, consider most any model of Mercedes SL. There may be some years they were not so great, but generally any model of SL will be fun to own and drive. The handling , performance, quality of construction, etc. has made this car a long time winner for Mercedes. There are a few downsides though. If you buy one new - you will get absolutely clobbered on depreciation the first several years. My advice is to consider one that is 5 to 7 years in age. Many of these cars only get about 5k or less of miles per year so a 6 yr old car may well have less than 30k miles. In Mercedes terms - that is still a young car and you will be buying it at less than 40% of MSRP. The trade-off on really low mileage is likely to be a higher price. The other problem will be maintenance. They may not break often - but when they do - it will most likely be very expensive. Start now and build a good report with a trusted independent garage.
Performance - acceleration, braking, handling Appearance - both interior and exterior styling Fun Factor - is this car fun to drive a must have dream car hope you buy one
