Used 2009 BMW 5 Series for Sale near Bear River, NS

Great car, good performance, good acceleration, handling. Build Quality - solid German engineering. Very reliable and no repair issues. Quality interior and exterior design. A fun car to drive. BMW cost of ownership = $0 maintenance - all good. Would buy again. One of 2 BMW's we own.

I bought this car because I was trying to cut back on my auto expenses... I've owned a lot of cars and when I was selling my Camaro Convertible, saw this and figured I would test it out... has the X-drive, so should be good for our New England winters... Well, no snow yet, so no comment on that... but in general I bought it because it was priced cheap! a 2009 with just 40k miles on it... So I bought it and let me preface this by saying I've always had 2 cars so like my luxury cars to be luxury and my sports cars to be sporty... the issue I have always found with BMW and still see it is that they are trying to be both in one package... so it handles better than most cars of the same size - but WHO CARES?? I'm not buying a full size sedan to take it to track day... the ride tends to be stiff so you feel every pothole, etc... As I said in the title - is it just me? I don't understand the BMW mystique and quit frankly if I hadn't bought it priced right, I would have probably gone with a new Implala over this - BMW just doesn't do it for me and I keep hoping it will, but just can't seem to get there :-(

I recently bought this as a used car with only 40k miles in it... And got a great price, otherwise I probably wouldn't have gone with it... But I figured I will only be using it for a year or two, so will probably be able to get out of it for the same price I bought it for... So, those are the reasons I bough... As for the car itself, I think it gives a decent ride, but is pretty stiff... The seats I like because they are a bit higher than my other car, so more chair like than laid out like in my CTS... But I just have a hard time with some of the things that are really 'the German way' when it comes to makeing cars... Like the seats - feels like there is no padding and the leather is rough... My issues with BMW in the past are still there... I mean are those seats for a luxury car? Nope... They are more set up for a sports car... But I have sports cars and will drive those when I want a tight ride... I 5 series BMW is not a sports car regardless of the trim you get on it, so why not make it more of what it is, a full size sedan that is a luxury car... BMW is so caught up in their THINKING they are the ultimate driving machine that they are always trying to be everything - sports, luxurym etc - all in one and to me they just miss the mark... So... To sum up what I think of the BMW, I think there is not better way to state it than to say I just got it to have a cheap daily driver for 1-2 years and I am already counting the months till I trade it in!
