John was the best salesman I had seen all day, and I had seen a lot of them. He got me an extremely GREAT deal on the prefect vehicle for me. When you go to this dealership, you gotta talk to this guy.

I was first one calling in the morning with clear intention to buy it. They said the van is on the road with service manager and to come back in 2 hours. When I came back they gave me the keys to check the van and to drive it a little, but another salesman ( SUCHA Randawa)said it was already sold. The same guy said that he’s going to get another one next week and he’s going to call me . He just call me yesterday saying that they don’t have used vans as I was looking for

The message said they won’t talk through email. That I am to phone them if I want information. I had requested a couple of pictures and some other information. Why advertise through the internet but not answer through it. Found the perfect car through Messenger. The other guy was as helpful as I’ve ever seen. Quick and responsive, and even had my car transported to Prince George. These guys are lazy.

Vehicle had body damage that did not show up in photos and dealer did not tell us.

The dealer advised me the vehicle had already sold, and then enquired as to whether I may be interested in something else. I found it annoying that they would leave an ad up when the vehicle had already sold. I wasted my time and effort to respond only to be told it had already sold, and then they immediately try to put me into something else

Coastal Ford was fast in replying to my request of information. We drove from Surrey that afternoon and picked up the car the following day. It didn’t take much time to decide whether to buy the car or not. What the employees describe the car was, that was what we got. John, Bojan and Janette are very friendly yet professional.
