Used 2005 Toyota 4Runner for Sale near Saint-Raymond, QC

I like this vehicle all around its great for everything, long trips, towing, hauling, inside hauling space. Everything about this rig is great. I don't think you could go wrong buying one. I wish I had a newer model. Good luck.

Terrible anti-slip traction control and stability warning far to touchy. If the traction control system even thought the car might slipspin a tire it would take over and ALL control of the gas pedal was GONE! This nearly caused me to be in a number of accidents while entering traffic from a stop sign and other areas. I could get stuck in front of my own house on level ground with 1" of snow on the ground (with new traction tires on the car)! Terrible System!!! I took this to the Toyota dealer many times and spent over four thousand dollars in their attempts to make it right and ultimately told me that everything was working at manufacturers specs. I will sell this and never buy another! (That is after driving Toyota's for 30 years).

Dislike emissions system, esp O2 and Air/Fuel Ratio sensors. Mine went to dealer 5 times before, I, figured out what diagnostics could not. When those sensors go bad it disables vehicle stability control, skid control, and suspension cannot work properly. Both CATS replaced under warranty at $1800 each, problematic in 4.0L 4Runners. The V8 is much more fun, had in my 2003 4Runner and mpg too close to notice!

This is 4Runner number 3 for me, so that should tell you I love them. I am so happy she is mine free and clear. Her name is Kaimera, which means Ice Ship or Protector, she is definitely the second. 4Runners are built for safety, I know first hand after a $15800 accident I walked away from w/o a scratch. She was not totaled, but fixed. The emissions on this 4Runner is troublesome! Was to dealer 5 times for unknown problem, I had to find other owners online to see the O2 sensors and Air/Fuel Ratio Sensors act up you lose Vehicle Stability Control, Skid control, and big loss of power and mpg! 3/10/2015 Kai is about to hit 195k miles. Everything has been pretty simple to keep up except for brakes and exhaust. Even Toyota service representative recommended using an aftermarket caliper as Toyota Calipers lock and fail early. I fixed the catalytic convertor problems by putting Magnaflow cats on. Gives her a bit more of a rumble. I also put an open air intake and made the hood scoop functional. Yes it is actually a real hood scoop if you take out the insert which blocks the scoop opening. What a nice growl she has and the motor runs a little cooler with air actually coming in hood scoop. I know other 4Runner owners probably wonder whats under her hood. HID headlights make a huge difference at night, so you SHOULD get them for your 4Runner. I bought mine on ebay for $35 and dealer installed for $100, no problems with lights and I have had them in for over 5 years!

Love it. Great all around car. Many Upgrades. Magnaflow Exhaust, 3in Toytec Lift, KMC XD Revolver 17'' Rims, Toyo Opencountry 265/75/17, TRD full Cold Air Intake. Great built car handles like a dream. Great Turning radius. Offroad capable. Tows very well. Tons of room and very comfortable. Great Buy and highly reccommended.
