Pretty solid car for the price, using it as my first project car and so far it hasn’t had any problems other than me having to adjust the handbrake because it wouldn’t park on hills. Quick fix!

Preformance - Exellent Build Quality - pin hole in the flex pipe on the exaust Appearence - Awesome Cost of ownership - Great Gas Mileage, expensive parts though Fun Factor - Extremely fun to drive Faster than all my friends cars by far no contest

The sportronic 4-speed transmission has a very slow response and is slower than a Honda Civic of the line. The manual version does give a little more response but the FWD drive train is very weak and you will find yourself having issues with anything involving the letters CV. Other than that it is a quality car. The all leather dark interior is very comfortable and stylish and the 9 speaker Infinity sound system can bump pretty well for a 2003 stock sound system. The exterior styling is very clean and flowing. And finally the exhaust, it is a symbol of the Eclipse. When getting passed by a stock Eclipse you will find yourself asking if it has a high-dollar exhaust system, but in all honesty, it will be very hard to find an exhaust that sounds as good as it does stock.

Performance- Acceleration- 8/10 Braking- 9.5/10 Handling- 8.5/10 Build- Excessive Vibration Appearance- Very Sporty :D Cost- Not bad Fun- Very Nice and Fun to drive Recommend the car for anyone that likes to drive fast :D Handles Very Well too
