This is a great family SUV. Very reliable, comfortable ride and safe. It has tons of rear storage with a built in picnic table for that spontanious picnic. It also has a cover that hides the rear storage. This has been a great family vehicle for the last 5 years for us.

Terrible engineering concerning the throttle cable and cruise control being attached to the trottle body assembly. Front end collission results in bent parts and having to replace trottle body module ($$$) because trottle body made from cast metal and minimum support for bracket required for throttle and cruise control cabling. Unnecessary if a bracket were designed rather than molded mount to cast metal in a vunerable area at the front of the engine compartment.

If you can fit your stuff in a CR-V, you will have room in your apartment at college.This was my late mothers car. It hasn't let me down. Nicer than a lot of banger that are found around campus. Smooth ride at high speeds. Great for long trips.
