This was the first car to my name. I learned to drive on this car, and even though it was a little beaten up, it was perfect for me. This is where I got my true love of v8s from.

Fun, quick, little car that is a pleasure to drive with the top down. Very reliable. Smooth powerful engine. Flawless transmission. Great lines. A perfect car for a ride through the country side on a summer afternoon. Great Power. Great Style.

The car is fun to drive. The lower profile tires and fairly stiff suspension make it handle well. Since I bought the car used, the suspension could have been modified to make it ride softer. I'd prefer the suspension to be a little bit lower, because it seems like there's a lot of room between the tires and the top of the wheel well. It accelerates pretty quickly as well but not fast enough to take it to drag strip in my opinion. Many of the newer sports cars would blow it off the track. The gas mileage is ok. I average 21 mpg for about 40/60 city/highway driving. The only complaint I have with the interior is that the plastic piece that serves as the door handle tends to pop out of its place. This doesn't really effect your ability to close the door since the piece sits nearly horizontal in a hole in the door, but it does leave it loose.

Had it tuned at Nino Sports, it had a AEM Induction, American Racing Headers, AP Racing Brakes, B&M Shifter, Bassani BX Exhaust, BBK Performance packages, BMR Suspension, Ford Racing Pro-gears, Steeda Timing Adjuster, 18' Cobra wheels...the list goes on &on but thats alot of the performance upgrades, didnt have the car long, got a truck a few months after, but loved it while it lasted...it ran a 1/4 in 9's, it was real quick...I ran open headers on it before i got the exhaust, and it blew a valve so i recommend not running open headers..
