This car is awesome! best vehicle i have ever owned, lots of power, good looks, comfortable. wish i didn't have to sell it but life changes and a two door doesn't do it for me anymore!

the only thing i don't like about this car is that there is noting easy you can do for performance just about every thing has to be done by a professional. Every thing else is awesome great interior and wonderful looks

Don't leave the salt on. They deserve better. The battery is equally challenging to RR in the 2006 GXP with the 300 hp V8. The leather is thick. The trunk is the largest in it's class and 33 mpg can be expected. IF U SLOW DOWN!

My husband bought a 2002 GTP after driving my 1998 GTP for a few years. Had been bragging about his 2001 Impala, but finally admitted my car was more fun to drive. '02 coupe appears shorter than my '98 sedan, but very similar looking both on the exterior and interior. Love the red lighting in dash and on steering wheel radio controls. Heads up display and heated driver seats are two advantages over my '98. Can get over 30 miles per gallon on highway. Also, a little smoother ride over bumps. Has needed more repairs than the '98. Could be due to my husband's need to take her to her top speed as often as he could. Drag raced what appeared to be a 1966 Chevy Nova and kept right up with it until traffic got in the way. Had my '98 up to 136 mph at least once. Is babying her now, as he wants her to last for a long time. Both upset that they discontinued the Pontiac line. Will be buying used Grand Prix from now on.

Ive owned my anniversary edition since 2002. I have to say, I've beaten it driving, but its still going strong! All highway miles (80 miles/day) and I now have 217,000 miles on it and I'm getting ready to sell it :( after doing research on the Internet, I did not realize that they only made approximately 1100 of these. Now my husband is thinking of keeping it and working on bringing it back to life (paint job,etc). This car has been the best! Actually, we're even wondering how long this baby will go before it needs engine repairs.
