Not too slow... But not too fast. Runs good, no major problems that weren't user error. Nice modest exterior styling, Interior looks rather sporty. Decent gas mileage, minimal maintenance. Not great off the line or in a straight line, however, it handles corners great. Wish more people would get the 5 speed.

I put about 30,000 miles per year on a car. This one has never let me down. The only reason it's not going onward and upward to 1/4 Million miles is that it has low compression on cylinder 4. Other than that, it's been a great car! It drives well, gets around well in snow (in missouri) and just runs, runs and runs some more!

Its been pretty good over the years, no real mechanical problems other than the window regulators going out but I imagine that would be the same on any vehicle.

I have to say I love this car. It's fast, roomy, OK on gas and it looks great. I bought it under warranty [30 days] so when the intake manifold gasket went, it was the dealer that got screwed, not me! Also some warped rotor issues @ the front and the expected electronic bugs. Other than that, parts are easy to find and dirt cheap. Although I would recommend this car, it would need to be purchased under a good warranty and have it inspected by a trusted mechanic first. I think a lot of these cars are "patched up" by dealers just to make a quick profit off of their low resale value when they're broken...
