Pros; Great gas mileage, low running cost, very reliable mine has never broken down, excellent build quality, comfortable for lots of driving, sunroof, very usable trunk space. Cons: Relatively slow responding acceleration, no feed back from steering wheel, low stance make entering and exiting extra work for persons over six feet tall, low amount of head room in rear is inconvenient for adult passengers.

This is a FAST car. Milano Red with black trim and lips. GSR Swap B18C1 with Y80 transmission. This car will put you in your seat and keep you there! Get in ths car and drive it you will never want to get out and you wont drive anything like it!

small vehicle easy to manuever gets around 33 mpg, the 4 cylinder engine saves gas and can get up to speed quickly.

bought this car used, very close to stock..hehehe, i am the second owner, the previous owner had swapped a b18 motor but yanked it out before he sold it to the dealership. well he was kind enough to put a sohc 1.6 (being sarcastic), well i drove it till a rod completely warped and a cylinder wall cracked, i swapped another sohc 1.6 and the same thing happend to that motor... super weird.well then i ran into a really good deal on a b16 w/ tranny .. too good to be true. the motor lasted a week!! came to find out the previous owner ran high boost on trashed the internals.it could have been rapaired but it would take too long so i took a chance and swapped a jdm d15 motor in it that i picked up really cheap, ever since then ive stayed with that motor. alot of people look down on the singles,i looked at it as a challenge :). but ive now got a high comp/rev build pushing about 300hp to the wheels.naturally aspirated :).after aaaaloot of researching, outsourcing,traveling,calling and countless hours of work and frustration on my wifes part!.. is now paying back :), is extremely reliable , i dont horsebeat it. its just nice knowing i have a 11k rpm powerplant that roars when need to. its my daily driver, my grocery go geter, my commuter, my weekend toy,, everything. im now 24 years old , some suggest i should move on, but i say why??the car is paid off, low insurance cost. ima keep it till it either vanishes...gets taken by a tornado lol ;), or santa wrecks it by hitting it with his sled ... jajaja.. its my first car. and i really enjoy owning it. i guess there is that sentimental attachment , but its been really good to me. i firmly state this is the best year for the civics :) my personal opinion.

The stick shift version of the Civic is the best for the performance on the road because it can bring out the real acceleration of the vehicle. The cost of maintenance is cheap and the ride is always a trip if you learn the car.
