Used 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder 2 Dr GS-T Turbo Convertible for Sale Nationwide

It handles great and it's quick off the line. it loves to burn the tires through 1st and 2nd gear. It's fun to drive and nice to look at. Gets about 30/31 mpg. Aftermarket parts are cheap and easy to come by.

I special ordered my Spyder in 1997 and I still absolutely love it. It is really sleek and is still the best looking Eclipse ever. The car has lots of power and handles great. The small turbo-charged engine is incredible. It has plenty of power and gets great mileage when I drive nice which is not very often ;).

96-99 Eclipse nailed the bodystyle dead on. Its looks scream "I am a sports car". It is realtively responsive once the turbo builds boost. Too bad that's where the positive comments end. The car has spent more time on the shop lift than on the road. In 123000 miles it has received two transmission transplants, one engine transplant, one wiring harness transplant due to it catching on fire, 3 new convertible top motors, and the list goes on and on. Now it needs the convertible top frame needs replaced and Mitsu no longer sells parts. It leaks, too. What can I say.

i got this car when i was 15 and drove it for about a year and a half. i miss it. it was an awesome first car
