Aside from having an engine designed for economy (lacking on power) its got great gas mileage, looks great, rides comfortable, and works beautifully. I haven't had many problems with it. With the manual tranny, this car really isn't too bad to drive. I'd recommend this car to anyone that needs something good and reliable.

I love my car in general! i get about 40 mpg! I was in an accident and she held up like a tank. The power at take off could be better but that is what you get with a 1.5 L engine. i have had this car for years, it now has 195,000 miles and climbing! no problems yet!

As far as I can tell, this thing sucks compared to my 00 Corolla LE. But, it is definitely a solid sub 5K economy car. It is also definitely no more than a solid sub 5K economy car. I can wait to not have to drive it anymore!
