This is my grandfather's RCSB C1500 (i.e., 2WD) W/T with the L35 Vortec 4300. He bought it secondhand out of a lease when it was six months old and has owned it since. Compared to my K1500 Cheyenne, it definitely feels more responsive, agile, and easy to drive due to it having a two foot shorter wheelbase. It feels like it gets up and goes just as easily as my truck, too, since it lacks the weight of 4WD system and extended cab. It's quite basic (power nothing, vinyl floor, but does have the 4L60-E automatic), which is the way a true work truck should be. All my truck has on it is cruise control and carpet, though! To my knowledge it's never had any major work done, which is no surprise. Hopefully we'll still have this truck around for years to come!

this truck is awesome. it pulls great. runs awesome. with some smarts it will get in and out of anywhere. with a off usual paint colour it will turn heads. it is a very useable truck and awesome on gas. what more could you want for a single guy looking to enjoy an every day driver.

its awesome. Has good acceleration. Brakes are pretty good. just changed the rotors and brake pads. Nothin really worng with it. has some dings and scratches but its 12 years old. Wish gas was a lil better but its a truck. Its alot of fun to drive. I love having this truck.
