Good multi-purpose small stationwagon. 140 ks per hour on autobahn no problem , without a big thirst. Sleeps 3 in back when must. Tows a one ton trailer good. Good european design and engineering. Eat your heart out primitive overweight gas guzzlers.... for short >> yanks.

This is a great car for getting around on. The maintenance is very reasonable also. I get great mileage and drive for a weeks on one tank of gas. Ive driven this car on long trips and its very comfortable to drive.

Great overall car. I have only had minor issues with it since I bought it in 95. I have put 165000 miles on it and the only wok other than maintenance has been replacing the timing belt. I will buy another ford escort I think in the future.

Great first car, could carry all my stuff or 5 people. Even with a lawn mower engine with the 5 speed I could break the tires loose. Back seat folds down so you can camp out. Great car for rally racing.
