Neon's are fun for the first week..after that they start to cost you money..lots of money..a neon is a great starter car..you get great gas mileage, descent power and handling but it lacks in every department.. i had to fix mine about once a week for simple things like a ground wire breaking or the typical neon thing the Gauges going out...

It was a good first car. Pretty slow though. Terrible acceleration. Fun to drive though cause its pretty low. Not too bad on gas either. My paint started chipping off though cause it was this awkward purple grey colour. I did have a sweet sound system :)

its okay it needs some tender loving care i got from my brother and the price was right after a few brake problems i finally got the things fixed so that they are not wearing out every 2 to 6 months after replacing more parts (that really needed it) than i intended to replace.

All there is is problems with it. It breaks down all the time, the only good thing is mileage. even the paint sucks, it is peeling big time. everything on the inside is falling apart. Im sure the car would be fun to drive if it didn't have something wrong with it all the time
