Best Car We Have Ever Owned. We have owned it for 14 years and it still runs nearly as perfect as when we bought it. We had the timing belt changed at around 90K as suggested by Honda and regular oil changes etc. Car now has around 156K and is holding up very well.

its actually a EX-R, not a LX. drives okay, a little rough. Decent proformance, looks great. needs valve seals to stop burning oil. other than that it drives great. planning on putting a H22 in it for better performance as well as a 5 speed jdm transmission.

Performance - Fun to drive, but there could be a little more power. Build Quality - Great; 275000 and still going strong. Appearance - Looks very good for its time period, but we have come up with a few better looks since then. Cost of Ownership - Wasn't bad before gas went over $4/gallon. Fun to drive - Oh man it is so much fun to drive still nice; light and tight to drive. :)

The best part about this car is the fact that it is cheap to buy and to drive. Even though it's got 275,000 miles on it, it hasn't had any major problems. As long as it's not pushed too hard, this car will last forever. It's definitely not a race car or a huge truck, but it does what its supposed to do. It has an amazing A/C system... thank goodness.
