This is the way a Mercedes-Benz should be. Personally, I am a BMW man but could not resist this W126 500SEL as a restoration project. The vehicle itself is a 1986 model and not 1990 as it is listed here; the program's earliest year was 1990. Full leather, electrics and 5 litre carburetted V8...and its the long wheel base model, rear seat passengers get leg room galore. Performance wise...WOW! SO MUCH TORQUE! Only problem is the V8 is fuel thirsty :) Styling wise; it's classic Mercedes-Benz. The new ones are too...'plastic'...this Mercedes-Benz looks like a tank!
