A Swedish tank with plenty of power especially for a daily commuter, turbo models are much better and funner to drive, parts are cheap and no major problems, great handling and braking and turbo makes a fun daily driver with ok acceleration.

The SAAB is just the S model, so it does not have a turbo. $20 will get me around town in it for what seems like forever. It is extremely easy to work on, and actually seems like it was designed that way. Its built like a tank, and for being 24 years old, is holding its age very well.

Stylish, but had too many troubles on electronic and little issues. This is the car I owned after my Colt. Beside convertible, I can't think of any good about this car. I will have to say that no more SAAB

very solid and strong but under powered for the size of car. I would be happier with the low pressure turbo version if anyone knows of an engine or turbo setup goin spare let me know, I`d also be interested in a draw through setup for turbo or even just twin carbs for a little more go.
