Used Lincoln Town Car for Sale near Amos, QC

it runs pretty well for being 25 years old. a little sluggish, but i don't mind. gas mileage is terrible, but then again it's 25 years old. fun to drive, you just float over the road, no bumps or anything.

Very boat-like - The "baby Lincolns" of the early 80's retained much of the style and spirit of their older cousins, but in attempts to achieve higher fuel economy and lower emissions, Lincoln downsized the engines significantly. 400/460cid gave way to 302cid, carburated went out to throttle body injection. These towncars are just the ride you would expect; luxurious and boatlike. Slows down well, accelerates like a fat kid.

I bought this car for 750$ cad. It has a fuelly 302 with true duels, they get aroung 25mpg highway I think. someone has removed the catylitic converters. It currently runs, but real rough, I had to install o2 sensor/new exhaust manifold and a tune up kit air/fuel filters, plugs, wires, rebuilt the distributor etc and a new heater core....ARRGH took me a couple days, the interior is rough but seats/dash still nice, and it has a leaky steering box, she has all the options, power seats, power sunroof, posi-traction auto headlight dimmer, backup sensor 4 speed with automatic overdrive and a trip meter. Its going to be a rough ride repairing this beast but I bought her cause shes suprisingly solid, no rust anywhere ans 200km go figure it would need that much tlc eh? This car is a great highway car, no fun in tight parking lots, its got good power when running true and handles good except the leak in the steering box. Old Lincolns no doubt gots apperance of a mafia dons car, the classy elegant look. If you find one that works better than mine its awesome ride for roadtrips, more than enough room. mine has a mig-welder in the trunk hahaha. After I get more parts, My overall opinion of the car will get better, I hope.

It's a great car. Enjoy riding in this car because it's like you are sitting in a lounge chair. There is plenty of leg room in the front and back seats. Plenty of space in the trunk. Lots of room for friends and family.
