hi i owed a 1979 accord hatchback for about 5 years found it a joy to drive nippy great handling round bends, and ultra reliable,good room with the seats down at the back, probable still my favorite all time car for reliability comfort and handling, even against some german cars i have owed, the ex were more refined for there day with electric roof window and ariel,big chucky chrome buttons, no compromising in build qulity, its a shame about the rust as im sure it would have still be running today, would gladly trade my audi a4 tdi in for another one no computer ecu issues that can be expensive just good straight car that did not show compromise when first, built, a truely great car like no other that i,ve owed in over 20 years driving
