A classic, Though mine is not a true 442, it is however undergoing full restoration as a 442 clone, to be dropped in it is my fully rebuilt 7.2 L 455ci Olds rocket, rated at 400 naturally aspirated horsepower. This car is most like a Chevelle, but not as common. It's orignal colour was hugger Orange with Black pin stripes, now painted red with black stripes. its a 4 barrel, 4 speed, dual exhaust. It's a classic beast.

Its not exactly mine... Its my stepdads and his sons car.... Its beautiful! its got a 350 small block with a 4-barrel and 5 on the column... It runs! Faster than hell! I wish i could own one of my own someday

Its a personal choice. The 72 Olds 442 is a car Ive long wanted to own and drive.

You can't go wrong with a olds 455 with ram air. When you drive down the street heads turn because they don't make cars like this anymore. Beauty and design. This car has it all. The only down flaw is the gas milage but you don't buy a car like this for that

This car is the best I have been able to find since my 1st cat (1970 442) when I came home from Viet Nam Anyone have MSRP with option for 1972 Olds ? Will keep till I am no lonnger around.
