Found a listing for a 2012 Kia Soul on CarGurus for this dealership. Sent them an email and was messaged back by Raj. I continually emailed about questions concerning the car as it was a hour drive to get out to Leduc. Raj answered all of my questions to the best of his ability and as quickly as possible. On arrival, car was damaged which was unknown to me prior to arriving, they wouldn't cover cost for any repairs and offer to repair was ambiguous until further questioned unfortunately. Bought the car without dealer repairs (bought as is). Pros: - I am very happy with the way the purchase went, there was NO hidden fees for administration or anything, no increase in price when i decided not to finance and paid in full cash. Unlike other dealers their purchasing was straight forward and honest. - As well, no extremely long and convoluted liability form to sign when wanting to take a vehicle for a test drive. - Sales Manager and Finance Manager did not try anything shady or immoral
