I like and trust the dealership at Swan Lake Motors. They are helpful and willing to make reasonable concessions.

We were met at the front entrance by Dale Smith- the man I had been dealing with. Our overall experience was excellent- except for the fact that I had to make my way through a very large Canadian Tire to get inside the mall where my bank is. ( I had to get a bank draft to pay for the car). I am mobility impaired, so that was a bit of a challenge…… The financial lady- ( sorry, can’t remember her name). was lovely to deal with. The Insurance process went very smoothly. Overall, an exceptional experience.

I received a really great vm message from the general manager but when I called, I did not get him on the phone. I ended up speaking with a man who said he was the sales manager and it was NOT a positive experience! Anything but. He tried to push me to a new 2026 Kia Carnival and insisted I would have to put a deposit for him to get one in red. I asked him how long it would take to get it and he said he couldn’t tell until I put deposit. Then he said, “are you coming down tomorrow or not?” And when I said no, he practically hung up on me. He was so abrasive and so pushy, I did not feel like making a trip to the dealership. I’ve contacted this dealership several times a little past 5 months and it didn’t matter who I spoke with, they never followed up! I’ve been taking my previous KIA there dealership for service and since 2009. But the general manager that I always dealt with, Paul, is no longer the general manager. And unfortunately I did not get the new general manager on the phone.
