Dealerships near me (Vernon, BC, CA)

I've been trying to purchase a vehicle remotely. The communication of the staff is very prompt but they often do not answer the questions asked. I have requested the value of my trade-in for 2 weeks now, no response even though I sent pictures 3x. When I asked about statements made in their Car Guru's ad re delivery (their website also claims world wide delivery). They replied they don't deliver. They seem to have an interesting inventory if the pics on their website can be believed, but the lack of info and the duration of this process is wearing me down. Perhaps I should stay with vehicles within my own city.

I received a really great vm message from the general manager but when I called, I did not get him on the phone. I ended up speaking with a man who said he was the sales manager and it was NOT a positive experience! Anything but. He tried to push me to a new 2026 Kia Carnival and insisted I would have to put a deposit for him to get one in red. I asked him how long it would take to get it and he said he couldn’t tell until I put deposit. Then he said, “are you coming down tomorrow or not?” And when I said no, he practically hung up on me. He was so abrasive and so pushy, I did not feel like making a trip to the dealership. I’ve contacted this dealership several times a little past 5 months and it didn’t matter who I spoke with, they never followed up! I’ve been taking my previous KIA there dealership for service and since 2009. But the general manager that I always dealt with, Paul, is no longer the general manager. And unfortunately I did not get the new general manager on the phone.
