The cars listed at Open Road are staying listed on the site for long periods of time in a deceptive way to get customers to inquire about cars that are no longer available. When this is brought to the attention of staff, the unavailable vehicles remain listed! I have taken Open Road off my shopping list as a dealership that uses deceptive techniques to waste the time of shoppers and uses deception in advertising.

Highly recommend Toyota open road because there is no hidden charges . All the paper work and deal is transparent. Clean and clear .

Excellent dealership with great customer service. Had a few issues that was quickly rectified. Sales person Jack was very transparent and worked throughout the week to secure the truck. As an out of town buyer it was easier than buying in person. There was no pressure and the process was excellent. I would buy another vehicle from them again.

Very unpleasant, making me upset. I was told, rudely, that I'm not the "right person" for this car. Maybe the Management should check and verify some of the floor-workers communication with potential paying customers. I will never do business with this Dealership. Never received response. Drove out to be told had sold. When inquired with salesperson re:other used units was told off site and not for public access. Asked about a few i had actually seen on their lot when parking. He wasnt willing to show us anything. Went down the road and was helped at Ford by the helpful Ash and dropped 90k. That could have been 90k at this dealership but Sam at Toyota didnt have the time of day to even try to show us anything. Hugely disappointed and turned off this Toyota dealership

Overall very good, pleasant, informative but not pushy.

Inquired a week ago and it’s still up on the website. Said it has been waiting for a pickup
