Called to inquire if the vehicle was equipped with a tow package, because it a tow hitch in the online photos. The seller replied "I don't know". Not very helpful, and definitely not a great way to sell a vehicle.

The dealer was upfront and helpful, he advised me right away about the car’s condition & history. He wasn’t pushy and provided more information when we requested it. The vehicle was just as he described and even though we didn’t buy it, I would certainly look at his listings next time I’m searching for a good deal.
