The experience was great , the agent was very helpful and caring.

The car was clearly bought new from a dealership, then posted with an inflated price to take advantage of a tight market for this particular model. While unfortunate, the dealer also adds additional fees ($999 for a OMVIC safety on a basically new car?!) and other "surcharges" that just turned me off. I ended up buying direct from a OEM dealership and found the experience much more transparent.

I eventually purchased this car out of Province from Manitoba and drove it to Ontario. Definitely Pros and cons from this deal. They wouldn’t budge on the price or the other items like “fuel surcharge “ under the Advertised Price which should have technically been a violation of omvic. I told them I’d be coming sight unseen and thy wouldn’t move saying its a fair deal even though all research suggested it was fair to high. Communications was great throughout w my sales person. No complaints there. Upon arrival car was ready and in great shape (as advertised). They even gave me a ten day insurance that allowed me to get home to MB. When I had the safety done in MB however, I needed a new alternator and cost me an additional $225. Should’ve been done or noticed in the Ontario safety. All in all, good car that I overpaid for a bit because of the dealership. Should have given me a bit of slack., especially on the $30 fuel surcharge, as I was COMING FROM MANITOBA to pick up.

I was very interested in a vehicle and did not get a response back for 5-6 days. Therefore missed the opportunity.
