Kia Richmond is NOT a dealership I would recommend. I negotiated a price on a 2022 Grand Cherokee the dealership agreed to by email but when I went to the dealership to place the requested deposit they increased the sticker price by $5,000.00. Needless to say I walked away. I don't suggest anyone to shop at this dealership.

The service representative went up and above to satisfy his customer. Even after the sale , service was required for a minor issue and he arranged a service appointment and paid for the completed work. He was friendly and super helpful. The staff at the dealership were very friendly and the business atmosphere was nice. I highly recommend using LP Auto for future transactions especially the sales rep -Steven
