The salesman was not as informed about the used vehicle as we felt was necessary. And I had to suggest to them that the engine light that is on should be looked into. They weren’t too forward in doing so. But after a few phone calls, they have said they would send it to a Chrysler or Fiat shop. It has been a bit of a slow process, but we are hoping that it is moving forward. We have done our due diligence and looked at recalls and accident information. Just hoping that they will do their due diligence regarding having a Fiat dealership plugged in to the diagnostics.
