I had asked a question about a vehicle, which CarGurus sent over to the Dealership, who in turn never responded to my question. So on a subsequent survey I gave them poor marks. After that, they then appologized and answered my original question. All's good.

Staff were all extremely welcoming, kind, and straightforward. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting us into a vehicle that was good quality and gave us tips on what to look out for at other dealerships. I had a very specific make and model that I was looking for and ultimately did not end up buying from this dealership, however, I would recommend them time and time again!

I went to Applewood month ago and ask you sjow this car and agent told that it's sold and they have other cars if I am interested and they continue to advertise this car utill today to lure unsuspecting people to their dealership.
