The best car buying experience I have ever had. I wish I could buy more cars because they (owner who I dealt with) was amazing. Friendly, intelligent, accommodating and knowledgable about the industry and products on his lot.

The car I wanted was bought a minute before I made an offer, unfortunately. But still a liked my experience shopping there and will maintain some contact until I find the right car for me.

Came to see an advertised vehicle, was told that a manager had taken it home. The sales person did not ask or advise me to put a deposit down on it to hold it until it came back. He set an appointment with me to come back in so I could view/drive the car. Arrived at appointment to view/purchase car. It was sold. Sales person did not tell us or cancel appointment. Wasted my time, very disappointing.

Great Guy , Honest Guy!

Sales & Finance staff were polite & professional. There were a few deficiencies that were discussed with the sales team that were not disclosed to finance to be included in the purchase agreement. This created delays. (2nd set of keys, wheel rim repair and replace front fender protective film). Mileage was slightly higher than posted >17K. Vehicle was received with previous owner personal items still in the vehicle however it was late in the day. Once the deficiencies are looked after I will change the rating. I have not received any further follow up from the dealership.

The Subaru was as advertised in very good condition. Very friendly dealership. John went over the vehicle's history and their inspection report. They also went over all the features of the vehicle when I came to get it. It was cleaned and the inside was detailed. There was a minor problem with the driver's window which was pointed out and they took care of before I picked it up.

Would buy a vehicle from Milani again.

Everyone was willing to help and take time to explain until I understood. They are not typical high pressure car that you might think they are. Felt no pressure at all. So happy to get everything done at one stop. Just a wait time was long only because it was the busiest time of a year. Other than that, they are great.
