Saw vehicle and bought vehicle same day. Vehicle was as described and ready for a test drive. Dave was excellent , allowed me to examine the truck and drive it in the compound before doing a real test drive. I wasn't pressured in any way and had time to discuss with my wife without interruption. Once we decided to do a real test drive Dave went out of his way to make sure there was enough gas for a good drive. When we got back discussed the deal with Dave , came to an agreement and signed the papers within mins. Dave was pleasant, knowledgeable and his professionalism was welcoming. The owner surprisingly even checked in on us to see if it was the right vehicle for us. Overall excellent experience and would definitely do business with Westowne Mazda again. If you are looking for car this is a great place to start.

My experience was somewhat great, however,it could have been better because, the salesperson revealed to me the unit was already purchased but I found out that through his colleague.

They were very professional and got back to me alot quicker than expected. Love how they provided a video of the vehicle and had the vehicle running. This is a top notch company as I was out of province.

The sales rep I was working with was very prompt in returning my emails and provided solid answers to my questions. They did not have the year I was looking for otherwise I would have moved forward with the purchase.
